Hi everyone. Last week I’ve tried a new recepie from Laos. Fermented cabbage, green onions and pork feet meat. Well it took a week for the good bâterais to do their job and tonight it was my supper. Served over glutinous rice, I poured a splash of nuoc mam ( the fishy sauce they serve with imperial rolls) and added some sriracha for the spicy flavour! Well... I had an orgasm! The mix of the hot rice and the cold cabbage... the crunchy ness of the cabbage and the soft texture of the rice...! There is a lot more left! I will make that recepie again for sure!
