312 for breakfast....husband had 2 slices toast no avocado.

Also had big mint tea....took some getting used to but love it now, plus when I forget to drink it, it’s ok coldπŸ˜‹

I’m trying to keep carbs low so check packs for lower brands. X

We have to have gluten free due to coeliac, I think trying to find low carb anything in that range would be impossible. I tend to eat low carb anyway because I just don't like gf bread or pasta.
