Well so far so good, I cooked extra bolognese on Monday night and last night I did a simple chicken and chips meal (with veg) and the left over chicken is sandwich/salad meat but also loaded up the slow cooked last night to make stew for tonight but increased the portion size so I have extra. All my other extras are being frozen with names and dates on. I just hope to keep on top of this but I think it’s a good start.
