PCOS, anyone?

Hello! I'm an autistic dork in Europe hoping to learn more about a balanced lifestyle and sustainable nutrition. I suffer from PCO, thus, it has been quite impossible for me to sustain a normal weight. I attend my gym thrice a week and I'm rather fit, though I have some belly fat. I'm hoping to learn more about food and talk to other people suffering the same issue.

Hey venusofthenorth welcome to the forum and thank you for introducing yourself and we will not treat you like a dork but will respect your autism and your needs.

I hope that you find some answers and enjoy being a member of our friendly eclectic foodie forum.
