Well I don't know about anyone else but I cooked too many sprouts and carrots so today I blended them with some coconut milk added coriander, cumin, turmeric and coriander leaves. And I grilled thin slices of chestnut mushrooms and put them on top, it was very nice too ๐
I hope that everyone enjoyed the festive period and hasn't indulged too much, one of my friends claims a balanced diet is a cookie in each hand...๐
