Moroccan Spiced Vegies

Yesterday I slow cooked some veggies in Moroccan spices and today added some sweet potatoes and popped it in the oven. Packed full of goodness- celery, carrots, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, dried apricots, garlic, ginger, chillies and assorted spices. Served with broccoli and coriander.

Your meal looks fantastic. I love the combination of all those veggies and Moroccan spices. Wow! I bet it was so delicious. I love broccoli and coriander too. Yum!
