Restore and Revive sounds good to me WM so I'll have to look out for some. 😊

I think our diet could always use a boost of healthy goodness. We so often take time out to sprinkle our diet with things like cakes, cookies, soda, but don't stop to think of nature's own medicines, and don't stop to indulge in the simple act of sipping a healing tonic like herbal teas, sprinkling our diet with these beneficial herbs is so much wiser. I think of the experience of the teas like a moment of meditation. Good for us to give our bodies that love.

What does it taste like? Is it quite bitter?

Not bitter at all. Tastes kind-of creamy to me. I even steeped it for 15 minutes one time (because I got busy at work) and it still tasted good, a bit astringent as any tea would get if steeped too long but it wasn't bad. I like to steep it for about 5 minutes so it gets a little bit stronger than the mild creamy herbal mouth feeling that it normally gives. It's actually pleasant, although different from the normal teas like lipton or tips. It's much silkier feeling in the mouth.

I googled "What does Milk Thistle tea taste like?" after I wrote my post and this was the answer:

Flavor Profile

Milk thistle tea boasts a mild flavor that is slightly sweet. It is often compared to dandelion tea with mild earthy undertones and stronger floral notes. The tea is commonly sweetened using honey or milk to increase the creamy texture of the tea.

I buy this brand in a health store where I live. You might be able to buy it online.
