This morning I had some grapes from the vine on our pergola with my porridge. Just the black ones, which have a black currant taste. The green ones aren’t ever sweet enough. Never found a use for them.

Good morning willsie01 how good is this home grown black grapes and with cashew and walnuts a very healthy porridge.
If you green grapes are sour why not dry them and use them in baking or in a juicer.
I'm glad that you enjoy your black grapes. 😊

It was satisfying.
Would sour grapes be palatable dried or juiced?
When I bake with dried fruit I often soak it in boiling water with a little mixed spice so you could add a little sugar, maple syrup or date syrup to make the fruit taste sweeter. And if you do this the fruit is less likely to sink... 😊
I imagine there's some recipes for juicing sour grapes especially mixed with other fruit.
Hi willsie01
Wow, lovely breakfast! Fantastic that you've got your own home-grown grapes - your breakfast looks scrumptious!
