Hello, just joined, have many questions, but this one sits at the top.
Can tofu be used as a chemical carrier(nutrients/vitamins) or is it not as absorbent as the internet has led me to believe. I cant buy premium tofu where i live, its all brittle and seems to have dried out, mostly bc no one really eats it here, South Ga. So it sits on the shelf for awhile. But can it be used to supercharge your day and still carry a notion of good flavor? Or should i be looking at a different food altogether?
