Did not know what to have for tea,so looked in fridge, found courgette ,pepper,asparagus ,spring onions ,so all these ingredients with garlic,ginger,turmeric and tinned tomatoes .
Put all in oven dish for 45 mins, then cooked the Adzuki beans,it was very tastey,
