Looking to eat healthy

Hi everyone, I seem to yo yo diet a lot, I want to lose weight and keep it off I'm not a very good cook and work different shifts a lot people say don't eat after 6pm but it's hard for me I can be on a shift from 2pm till 10pm so I tend to eat quick fixes. I'm looking for quick recipe ideas that are healthy, I would be grateful for any suggestions

I hate seeing people put timeframes on when you should stop eating... They base it on someone who works a 9-5 job, and doesn't have any other commitments. Your shift patterns mean this wouldn't apply to you, so it's bad advice...

I think whoever is suggesting this is really recommending a 16:8 diet, where you would only eat within an 8 hour window each day. Is that feasible for you?

I personally like stir frys for a quick, healthy dinner. I load them with extra veg and limit the rice/noodles.

Fish is also pretty quick, with some steamed veggies on the side :)

yes I agree they don't think about people who work nights. thank you for your feedback I will give some them meals ago 😊
