Blood pressure and gut bacteria

Someone shared his article on Facebook earlier, and I thought it might be of interest:

It seems that people with high blood pressure tend to have higher levels of certain gut bacteria as well.

Sounds like all the more reason to keep our little gut residents happy!

I really like articles about gut bacteria, so thank you for sharing this one. It looks interesting, and I am trying to keep my own gut residents happy - I am enjoying regular Kefir currently, which is helpful.
