I’m new to the app and I’m looking to learn more ways of living a healthy life through nutritional foods. Yes, I do like my cheat day and show myself some grace for that but I do love eating healthier and try regularly to live up to that.
I’m 49, I have 2 young adult children who to are trying to live a healthier lifestyle.
I am remarried, going on 6 years. I struggle with anxiety and depression so it’s my hope that through the proper food intake I do, that will benefit my body and help my mind become healthy and refreshed giving me chances to heal my body, mind and soul.
