Hi everyone - I'm a 72 yo grandfather looking to cook myself a regular healthy higher fibre diet.

Any suggestions please as to the best place to find a weekly breakfast/lunch/dinner menu suggestions that won't bore the taste buds?

I can't have nightshades ie white pots ,toms ,peppers

Does anyone have any ideas what to use instead of tomatoes in sauces?

Hi, I don,t know if this may help but if you go to nomato homepage they helpfully list the ingredients in their products!. They seem to be based on organic carrots, onions and beets, with lemon juice ( kosher salt) garlic, basil, oregano, and water for sauces, cider vinegar, ginger and cinnamon for ketchup. anne.

They do sell own range but not sure where you can buy them. I didn,t know that about the aubergines, what a minefield!. Ever tried kefir?. Thought I,d get some grains after Christmas and give it a go. anne.

Only in States

Importing price prohibitive

I'll make my own

Shouldn't be that hard

Good to be G.F. for liver health too
