Thank you, and yes - I'd really like to get the recipe for life changing bread
I can't have nightshades ie white pots ,toms ,peppers
Does anyone have any ideas what to use instead of tomatoes in sauces?
Hi, I don,t know if this may help but if you go to nomato homepage they helpfully list the ingredients in their products!. They seem to be based on organic carrots, onions and beets, with lemon juice ( kosher salt) garlic, basil, oregano, and water for sauces, cider vinegar, ginger and cinnamon for ketchup. anne.
Notomato?? Thanks for that Anne
Hope the move went well x
Just joking with ??..not heard of them before
Would be great if already made/for sale
I'll buy juicer and have a go.
Aubergines,Koji fruit also nightshades.
Baked sweet potatoes are good
Swede,cabbage,onion& turnip mash too
They do sell own range but not sure where you can buy them. I didn,t know that about the aubergines, what a minefield!. Ever tried kefir?. Thought I,d get some grains after Christmas and give it a go. anne.
My surgeon reccomended bran buds fiber in one bowl almost al you need daily
My doctor says lots of beans which are healthy and also bran buds once a day, most vegetables but bran buds are loaded with fiber
