Carrot and coriander soup with celery. 🥣

Hi everyone,

Here's some soup I made with carrots onions garlic coriander ginger chilli cooked and blended to which I added some cooked celery, I also put some dried coriander leaves on top and served it with home made gluten free seeded garlic chilli bread.

I was pleased with the colour as I think my home made celery soup looks like pond water...

We have a healthy soup Topic if anyone wants to post their healthy soup/son there, then that would be great. 😊

Looks odd but never go by looks! Flavor is everything and spices have it hands down in this this one. The bread sounds amazing would love to try. I'll alwys try a healthy soup have some myself being Keto.
