nauseous at night

In the morning i’m fine sometimes random nauseousness for a few minutes then i’m fine but at the night i feel a huge sensation of vomiting. This has been going on for the last few days. Either I wake up at like 3-5 am with the same feeling or I go to sleep feeling it. I know i’m not pregenant but is there any way to get rid of this?

Hi krystalkat

Welcome to the Healthy eating forum. I am sorry to hear you've been feeling nauseous. We are not medically trained - so it might be wise to consult your GP or a pharmacist.

There is some information in the NHS pages about 'Nausea' - so maybe have a look to see if it is helpful:

nhs.uk/conditions/feeling-s...

I hope you feel better soon.

Zest :-)

I'd also ensure you eat early in the evening and avoid fatty meals.
