Fish cakes and apple & rhubarb crumble

Last night I cooked Dhufish and veggies so tonight I got creative with the leftovers. I cut up the fish fillet, broccoli and carrots (all cooked) and mixed them with some mashed potato, added an egg and made what I think is a cross between a fish cake and a bubble and squeak.

For dessert I made an apple and rhubarb crumble. The crumble was made with oats, almond meal, coconut flour, cinnamon, chia seeds, hemp seeds, raw sugar, walnuts and butter so was gluten free.
