Here's what I made for dinner tonight, its onions garlic tomatoes bok choi celery mushrooms chilli with ginger cooked in a little olive oil then when it was almost cooked I added some stock and some GF miso paste which's delicious and nutritious as it contains probiotics and many minerals as well as giving it bite. I had it with quinoa. I really liked the celery cooked like this too.
This is gluten free and plant based and easy to cook. And I like that...π
