Fatty Liver with Cinnamon and Honey

Use of cinnamon itself and/ or with honey.

What are the ways to reduce fat from the liver? Please suggest.

are you quite a bit overweight, I have a fatty liver, I have fibrosis and some cirrohosis, I have been told that if your are very heavy!!
