What are the ways to reduce fat from the liver? Please suggest.

are you quite a bit overweight, I have a fatty liver, I have fibrosis and some cirrohosis, I have been told that if your are very heavy!! I f you loose a considerable amount of weight this can reverse the fatty liver it can also reverse fibrosis, nothing can be done for cirrohosis, except a transplant of the liver...I have been told cinnomon can help a fatty liver, it you get on the fatty liver section of this HU you can pick up alot of good info that will help you ...
