Hi everyone here's what I cooked tonight its gluten free penne, vine tomatoes onion garlic pureed red lentils butter beans and farmhouse cheddar cheese. I cooked the penne and the veg first then baked with the cheese and pumpkin seeds sesame seeds on top and herbs for approx 20/25mins until the cheese was cooked.
I find meals like this very comforting and agreeable...π
Wow, your Gluten Free Seeded Pasta Bake looks amazing. I bet it tasted GREAT! It looks comforting too - I really like the addition of delicious seeds - yum!
