Oat flour instead of instant oats or rolled oats

Hey, i would like to ask if is possible to use oat flour instead of instant oats or rolled oats in my homemade gainer shakes. Its much cheaper than instant oats and i dont have a blender to make the oats so fine, so i can swallow them without chewing them first. Thank you.

If oat flour works for you, go for it. Oats have tremendous health promoting properties so eat as much as you can.
