Hey all! Has anyone tried the 310 products? I got a starter pack, just to see if I’d like it and have finally opened up the tea that comes with it. Just curious to see what other users have thought.

Thanks!!

I am not fond of diets for rapid weight loss, even if they are plant based because they are not sustainable in the long term, never mind costing extra money not good for socialising with family and friends.

Solid whole food plant based should bring weight to ones normal BMI without effort slowly and steadily. It can be tweaked by swapping starchy foods out with non-starchy to accelerate weight loss. Similarly nut and dried fruits can be eliminated as well to reduce calorific content. Moving away from processed foods, especially oils also helps reduce calorific density, and therefore weight loss. This lifestyle is safe and leads to great health outcomes in the long term.
