As the wind and rain is sweeping by in in the wind as I didn't have to go out this morning I made a large mince pie, 100g gluten free plain flour 50g ground almonds 75g coconut oil 35g coconut sugar. I blended it into a dough rolled it out and put it on top of 820g mince meat (gf and vegan) I sprinkled flaked almonds sesame seeds golden linseeds and chia seeds on top and baked it for 30 mins at 170C and I'm looking forward to sampling it later and with extra's... π
