Sorry to hear your weight is stuck. Did you mean to post here in Healthy eating, or in the NHS weight loss forum? I know you often post there, so wasn't sure if you meant to.

In anycase, I'd like to wish you well - sometimes weight does 'stick' - and it just takes adhering to your regime before it will then change, so maybe stick with whatever you're doing, or if you've been 'stuck' for a while, then alter something to make a change.
