Hi everyone, here's some bread that I made, I used GF bread flour with ground golden linseeds to enrich the flour and give more flavour, I use sesame seeds, ground linseed chia seeds and pumpkin seeds. To help stick the pumpkin seeds to to crust I made a maple syrup glaze with a little maple syrup and a little hot water and coated the seeded loaf before leaving it to prove and then bake. This gives the crust a hint of colour and more texture.
