Just do a Google search "cabbage soup" and you will find dozens of recipes.
Adding some shredded cabbage to almost any soup/stew is highly recommended. You can shred or grate finely. If possible choose dark green cabbages for extra nutritional value.
Hi JulieVictoria, here's a link to gut healing soup posted on here and you could use cabbage instead of or as well as spinach. It looks and sounds lush to me. 😊
