Sun is out & is warm. Busy day tomorrow at work. Have been to Eye Hosp this morning & my good Eye passed the test. Was extremely worried about my sight, not a nice feeling at all.

Hi HOBIEONE

I hope you enjoy your walk.

Zest :-)

Hi HOBIEONE, you enjoy your walk and I know that diabetes can have some serious consequences and being a coeliac I know how frustrating it is when food makes 'us' ill.

We have an LCHF Topic section on here as we cater for all dietary needs and as healthily as possible so you're in good company on here. And I wish you well.

Jerry 😊

There is a big difference between T1 & T2 diabetes. T1 something does NOT work. T2 it may work quite a bit, If you eat sensible & keep active. You are better off. I have had a life time of experience of it, Good luck to all.

Hi HOBIEONE ,

Yes, type 1 and 2 diabetes are different in their own way. But, in a few ways, different health issues are connected. For me, along with the diabetes, I have PCOS, a wheat/gluten intolerance, epilepsy (one reason for not driving myself), Diabetic Retinopathy (very mild), no depth perception and a few other issues. The epilepsy, diabetes, no depth perception and hypos. happened when I was born. The rest came later.
