Hi my name is Mambokazi from Western Cape. I need advise, I am diabetic and I want loose wait.

Hi and welcome to the group. Are you type 1, LADA (1.5) or type 2? Do you count carbs for each meal and snack? Are your doctors having you use insulin and/or other medications? Exercise and diet plans?

Thank you. I am using insulin ( Type 1). I do exercise everyday. My problem I don't eat healthy food specially vegies.
