Well i decided to give overnight oats a go, i was inspired my everybodies delicous looking pictures.
I think i need a bit more practice !
They wont even come out of the tub !
I used
40g oats = 147 cals
65g 0% yoghurt = 54cals

Did you add water?
I only use water - but even with loghurt I think you'll need some extra water to soak into the oats.
I definitely added more skimmed milk to mine and some nice fruit like raspberries or blueberries they plump up nicely overnight I could easily eat this for every meal especially in this heat.
Im going to give it another go lol.
I will mix the oats with liquid first then add youhurt.
When i bought the ingtedients my daughter said " your never going to eat it so why bother" needless to say she had a good laugh and a "i told you so this morning"
I use frozen fruit in my overnight oats, as they give off quite a lot of liquid when they defrost, so it helps with liquid and flavours things for you. If it's still a bit thicker, add water or milk.
