Its been just so hot I fancied some ice cream, But I was a bit disappointed in the selection in my nearest supermarket and then saw Swedish Glace and Debs has mentioned this a few times so I thought I'm having some of that and here it is with strawberries, raspberries flaked almonds, ground almonds sesame seeds and chia seeds for a topping. They're local strawberries as well.
Swedish Glace is a plant based gluten free ice cream and I was very pleased as it was not too sweet and tasted wonderful so here's a photo and I hope everyone is keeping cool... π
Ps thanks Debs as I'm so glad you said about this ice cream.
Your Swedish Glace with fresh berries, and flaked almonds and chia seeds - not to mention the sesame seeds too - such a great combination - I bet it was delicious! I wish I could have some right now. But I am going to prepare my evening meal in a bit - so I'll try to concentrate on that.
This is really lovely and I hope you enjoyed it, Hidden ! π Iβm done with my lunch now. Had a bagel with whitefish spread and an apple on the side. I also had some lemon tea.
Oh wow that looks good. Debs is inspiring all around as I have some strawberry ice cream in the making right now as I was inspired by her ice cream the other day.
Thanks Debs and what a great recommendation I really like it they only had vanilla and as I wanted it with fruit that was perfect for me in fact I'm looking forward to having some more...π
