I see treats as part of my diet not something that I have as well as. Today I went for a 20 mile bike ride and came home had a roll with salad for lunch and I only had a few raspberries left but fortunately had a great big tub of Cheddar strawberries which are grown 20 miles away. When I have fruit I add things like currants with banana and with berries I really like sesame seeds and flaked almonds and by adding a little bit here and a little but there we can add more nutrition too our diet and enjoy it at the same time.
So here's my bowl of fruit with a little soy cream drizzled over it.

Looks lovely Jerry, I still haven't got round to trying the soya cream yet. I did cave in and buy some Rasberries - I think I will have them tonight with the Soya Choc and Hazlenut Ice Cream
Thanks Debs, now raspberries are my absolute favourite so good choice and I really like soya cream. If you get some drizzle a little over the hazelnut ice cream...mmm...π
