Here's a stir fry I made for tea tonight, I cooked a white onion, sweet red pepper and hot chilli with rainbow chard, broccoli and celery, I love celery cooked and think its amazing in a curry...I had it with baby new potatoes cooked gently in olive oil with chilli and spices.
And then I had some GF rhubarb pie which was just right after a spicy stir fry...
Hi Veee and, thank you with a stir fry I always start by gently frying onions garlic and peppers then I add the washed veg and cook gently. I usually add cumin, coriander, ginger and turmeric plus black pepper with the veg.
The baby potatoes I cooked separately in a small pan with the same spices and some diced chilli and because they're small potatoes I don't boil first.
