For this one I used about a tablespoon of coconut oil and 500g of diced chicken breast. I sealed the chicken then threw in an onion, carrot, beans, cauliflower, broccoli and capsicum. Then I added Thai Basil & Sweet Chilli sauce (all natural) from our local fresh grocery store.
Often when I do a stir fry I’ll make up a sauce myself with ginger, garlic, black pepper, soy sauce and honey.
You can really use whatever you like or have in the house
