Hi everyone,
Here's some soup I made with the left over veg in my store cupboard. I used, white onion, garlic, hot chilli's, mushrooms, baby plum tomatoes, sliced sweet potato, kale, broccoli with coriander, cumin, ginger, turmeric, sea salt and black pepper with chia seeds to thicken.
The bread roll I made using GF bread flour with ground quinoa as I haven't been able to buy quinoa flour locally. Because its coarser than quinoa flour it absorbs more moisture so it works a treat for bread, it's also half the price.
