You can eat Parmesan but I don’t know about other types of cheese
Yes. NAFLD is caused by excessive dietary carbohydrates, but the good news is it's more-or-less reversible. I assume your doctor has put you on a low-carb diet, so things like cheese (of all types) will be an important part of your meals. It's a good thing you like it and aren't allergic to dairy!
