I have got into bad habits in terms of my eating due to depression. But I'm determined to start again! I'm prone to "eating my feelings" so I've stocked up on healthy snacks so if I comfort eat hopefully it won't be so bad. Has anyone got any tips from experience of starting over? I used to be so healthy but the last three years have been pretty unhealthy. It's going to be so hard to unlearn all these bad habits but I really want to do it and I feel ready to move forward!

Welcome to the Healthy eating forum, and it's great that you're feeling 'ready to move forward' - and you said you're hoping to unlearn some bad habits that you've acquired. You mention hoping to get some tips.
Regarding food, and especially sugar cravings, this article might be helpful:
I would suggest that you introduce changes gradually - and try to establish some kind of routine - e.g. breakfast, lunch and evening meal with maybe one or two snacks (if you wish). Small achievable changes, and maybe plan your meals.
Wishing you success, and hoping you find things that work for you - we're all different, so what works for one person may not necessarily work for another, I think it's finding things that work for you, and implementing them.
Good luck, and hope you'll keep us updated on how you're getting on, if you want to - there's lots of Topics and Pinned posts to look at too, so have a good look around.
