I am a foodie and I really don't mind exercising but food is my downfall. I am currently 105kg and would really love to be between 65-70kg by October this year. But I need everyday guidance as what to eat and how to make healthy tasty food. Thank you

Welcome to the Healthy eating forum. Have a look around our Pinned posts and Topics, and you'll see some ideas for meals and recipes etc. I'd like to wish you success in your goals. However, I would say that you are hoping to lose a lot of weight in a relatively short period of time, and that may prove challenging. But you should be able to make some progress - at a safe and sustainable rate, preferably, and I'd like to wish you well.
There is a Weight loss forum too - so that may be worth looking it, and they do weigh-in groups there, which are free and very encouraging. So maybe have a look.
Hi Shakeoff233, well you're in the right place for all things healthy eating and you're a foodie but you also know that you need to change your relationship with food to lose weight and most importantly stay trim.
Her'e a post about changing our relationship with food and being mindful about what we eat:
I agree with Zest that you want to lose a lot of weight quickly and think gradually and sustainably leading to a permanent change could be better for you, so good luck and remember we are what we eat...😊
