Here’s a picture of the salad I had with my dinner tonight when I went out to see my single’s group. The salad was for me since the rest of the group ordered non-gluten free pizza. That’s okay because the salad had red and orange colored peppers and bright red tomatoes cut up. Very good and low carb and low protein. No dressing this time. Some of the other people were wondering how they could get a salad, too! Funny, the only person who asked seemed like they had not been listening to the conversation before getting the salad ordered in the first place. I guess, they were napping at the time!😀

Its 3pm now on a Sunday & not going to bother. I really do enjoy to miss meals. From being 3 I have been T1 diabetic. In the old days I was on fixed insulin & HAD to eat 50grms of carbs every meal. I was sick of eating & used to have a right stop on going to school. I used to drink 6pints of Milk on some days ? U try it !
