“Healthy” pudding

I’ve often heard there’s no such thing as a healthy pudding, but that doesn’t mean you can’t try, right?

This is one of my favourite puddings/sweet snacks. 1% fat vanilla flavoured yoghurt with fresh strawberries and crumbled flapjack. I like to have it with other fruits as well, such as raspberries, blueberries, and mango, but I only had strawberries in the fridge this evening! I also like adding a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg in there too.

It might not be 100% healthy but it’s definitely 100% tasty!

Wow! This looks really delicious! How long did the pudding part need to be in the refridgerator before serving?

Personally I think puddings are as 'healthy' as anything else ... as long as you're not eating one at every meal. It's a relentless onslaught of sugar that brings people low, not the occasional treat.

I think consumption of a sweet/pudding as a celebration of being with friends and family. Whether it is healthy depends on whether all ingredients are safe for all those involved to eat. The obvious exclusion is someone who is diabetic will have challenges eating puddings regularly because of the common ingredient - sugar.
