I’ve often heard there’s no such thing as a healthy pudding, but that doesn’t mean you can’t try, right?
This is one of my favourite puddings/sweet snacks. 1% fat vanilla flavoured yoghurt with fresh strawberries and crumbled flapjack. I like to have it with other fruits as well, such as raspberries, blueberries, and mango, but I only had strawberries in the fridge this evening! I also like adding a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg in there too.
It might not be 100% healthy but it’s definitely 100% tasty!
