Yay, stepped on the scales this morning, lost 4lbs in my 1st week. I am allowing myself 1700 calories per day. Planning meals and writing everything I eat down in a little nook I keep in my hand bag and wow.. I attended Slimming World for 4 months Nd in total lost 2lbs so not for me as I never felt in control of all the “FREE FOOD”.... I ran 3.5 miles last night too which was fantastic, got swimming Thursday night so all going to plan.
