I love my wok and use it a lot - but am looking for vegetarian recipes that work well in it. I'm not a vegetarian - at least not yet - but am working on eating more veg and a lot less meat - any and all ideas welcome!

Love my wok
I love tofu, but unfermented soy is bad for hypothyroidism, so I've swapped to tempeh for stir fries. Its also amazing in a toasted sourdough & avocado sandwich. Any type of cooked beans or peas can be thrown in a wok, & I quite like a chickpea or mixed bean stir fry. About one week a year, I eat eggs, which is nice with veg & rice. Sometimes I cook my veg, then add raw sprouted beans.
Flavourwise, I use less than a teaspoon of coconut oil, a red chilli, & a good slosh of tamari. Alternatively, some noodles, a spoon of miso paste & water turns a stir fry into ramen. There's some interesting types of noodles available such as buckwheat & black bean. These are higher in protein, so you could use those with stir fry veg.
Have a look at Japanese recipes, they have lots of veggie tasty stir fry with spices etc, we got a book at Christmas and there is lots in there
