When it says to use powdered cinnamon with honey and water how do you get it to mix up?

never mixed cinnamon with water, but if i did then i would use just enough water to make it into a paste.

Hi there🙂. Personally, I would mix the cinnamon with the honey 🍯 first then mix in the water to the resulting paste.
