Lots of us have prebiotics and probiotics regularly and this is especially important after taking antibiotics as they kill the good the bad and the ugly bacteria, so we need to replace the good ones after a course. I finished a course last night so lunch time today I mixed some live yoghurt with kefir and added some raspberries and grated some 70% choc on top and then drizzled a little raw acacia honey on top of that and it was smashing.
I decided to have both together as prebiotics feed probiotics so I thought I'll have some of that...π and I like treats that pack a nutritional punch too.
