Wow! Thank you. I'm going to have to research that one -- it is New to me! I have a small food chopper which I have put away. If I am able to resurrect it will it suffice as a food processor?
Bolognese.?: Wow! Thank you. I'm going to... - Healthy Eating
Bolognese.?
Yes, it's just to chop 'em up small to save you doing it with a knife. Do you mean bolognese is new to you?
Yes, I think because it sounds British? Actually, I think I've connected with a British group, quite by accident. But that is good. I am enjoying connecting with other nationalities.
I am British but I thought this was an international group, haha. Bolognese is Italian from a town called Bologna originally. It's basic ingredients are minced or ground beef, tomatoes garlic and onions usually with thyme or basil. Where in the world are you?
Oh well hello from England then! Are you on the coast or inland? What cats have you got? Mines not pedigree, she's black and white in a symmetrical way with long hair.
I've always had cats. I love them. My best cat quote is
'it's never very far from the back of a cat's mind that they were once revered as gods'
I tell that to my friends who don't like cats so that they might understand them better.
I would say Im in the coastal region, about 100 miles from the Atlantic Ocean. I am not far from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, if you can picture where that is. My cats, not pedigreed, are litter mates, about 15 years old. Sammy is black short haired male; Pandora is gray long hair--my cuddle buddy!
Grey cats are very cool. My cat before Cherry, the one we have now was black short hair. He was called Mivulus and I loved him. He used to follow me to the shop and wait outside to walk back with me. He was a local celebrity.
I'm off to bed now as its a school night but I think you have the rest of the day to get chopping veggies!
Best wishes
