You will get there and your taste buds will change. I had a Galaxy Ripple today, the first one I've had in months and I didn't really enjoy it so just goes to show it can be done. My downfall is mochas and sweeteners in my drinks (I try and go for natural sweeteners). One of my favourite sweet treats now are raw fruit bars and the ones I make have dates, peanut butter, shredded coconut and cacao powder in them, I love them.

Good luck with your Challenge Dasiydo - sorry to hear you got cold today, but like you say, tomorrow is another day, and I hope it's a really good one for you. :-)

Haven't teacakes got sugar in them? It's hard when you have a cold and if you are in England I know what the winters are like as I was born there. Here it's summer in Oz, so a lot easier to give up stuff when it's hot and especially sugary stuff. Good luck with giving up the sugar and remind yourself that you are doing it for Charity (which you have been doing). Good luck.
