Somehow I can to work out a day to get to the gym and on the erg.
Our spring session for the new year has begun. We have to 3 x 10 minutes with 1 minute rest. At a rate of 20 - 21. Challenging!! I always go above but will do my best.
Our other option is just do the 7k at the slow rate as well. But I felt I just did the 7k!!
