Hi folks, I love hot soup and hot spicy soup especially now its cold and the lime adds a really nice flavour so I'm glad that I added it.
I lightly fried red onion with orange and yellow sweet peppers and while this was going on, I cooked some Cavolo Nero and cut that into strips and I blended cooked chick peas with baby plum tomatoes and added it all to the onion and peppers with curry spices + a little water and coconut milk, then gently simmered.
For the spice I use ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric and paprika.
I then sprinkled coriander leaves and black pepper on it with a slice of lime, then put some coconut cream in.
