I too am a fan of tea & honey. We have a bee keeper tending to some of his bees in our field & he kindly shares their honey with us. Your bread & butter looks delicious. Recently, I stopped eating breakfast & gained weight. l am going back to my favorite oatmeal apple with Cinnimon. I will also check the links you were given. ENJOY YOUR DAY
Ahh I love oatmeal ! I too stoped eating breakfast and noticed I kept eating more throughout the day so hopefully both of us will gain benefits from breakfast !

That sounds delicious but full of quick burning carbs . What about a boiled egg with asparagus or broccoli soldiers or even half a slice of buttered toast wholemeal soldiers .
this would keep you satisfied until lunch time and you would not have the mid morning slump which would require another coffee and biscuit for elevens's .

I was just eyeing up a nice recipe - porridge cooked with grated pear and carrot, with a touch of cinnamon and ginger I think a bit of honey would go nicely with that too!
I tend to have a spoonful of nut butter on porridge, or I bake some (sugar free) breakfast muffins at the weekend to get me through the week.
