Weekend weakness

Yet again, I had too much of a good weekend! So much for in moderation this weekend it flew out the window!

I’m annoyed at myself, but I really do need to draw a line under it and really knuckle down! I know it’s bonfire night this weekend and we’re having a family party, so I know I need to be good all week as we’re having a bbq!

I really need some good advice to keep me on track because I really do keep thinking and feeling like I’m failing and this is not what I want to do!

Just face the week afresh, be kind to yourself, and try to choose meals that are appetising and healthy - pre-planning can often help.

Hope you have a really good week, and that you enjoy your family party too. Hope the weather stays good for that. :-)
